I started Gurp out of a love for bikes and making things by hand. What began as a DIY bag for a bike camping trip has grown into small batch gear for every ride, from quick commutes to long weekend adventures.

Every bag is cut, sewn, and finished in my little Montreal studio. I try to make each one feel right, work well, and last a long time. Sometimes a design only works after a few tries, and occasionally I end up with glue on my hands, but that is part of the fun.

I make gear I actually want to use, and I hope others will love it too. There is no mass production here, just small runs, careful craftsmanship, and bags built to carry your rides wherever they take you.
