Instead of keeping everything in stock or making gear on demand, I release products in small batches, or “drops,” whenever I have the time and materials. Once a batch sells out, it will not be restocked until the next drop. This approach lets me maintain quality, manage my time, and avoid burnout.
When a new batch is ready, I announce it by email and post it in the shop. Some items sell out quickly the best way to get what you want is to be ready when the drop goes live.
The newsletter is the only way to get early access, restock alerts, and limited custom frame bag order codes. I don’t post everything on social media, so if you want first dibs, sign up for the newsletter and keep an eye on your inbox.
Our bags are designed, cut and sewn in Montreal, Canada.
Our bags are not fully waterproof, but they are close. We fully line our bags, use high-quality water-resistant zippers, composite and PU-backed fabrics, and incorporate smart construction techniques to maximize water resistance.
If you’re expecting rain, we recommend carrying a few extra plastic bags to protect your electronics and valuables.
A bag attached to your bicycle with Velcro or cord may cause wear on the frame paint over time. If you’re concerned about this, we recommend applying paint protection tape (also known as helicopter tape) before installing your bag.
If your gear needs cleaning, we recommend washing it with a mild detergent and hanging it to dry outdoors.
The white fabrics will get dirty and develop a patina.
Possibly, but please note that there will be a significant surcharge to cover the cost of non-wholesale fabric, shipping fees, and the time spent managing the order.
EcoPak is 100% waterproof, lightweight, eco-friendly, and strong. Cordura is durable, rugged, and highly water-resistant. Since our bags are fully lined, the choice between EcoPak and Cordura comes down more to aesthetics than water resistance. Our goal is to gradually replace Cordura fabrics with EcoPak variants over time.
We use Paskal zippers, which are top-of-the-line and highly water-resistant. Unlike standard zippers (like YKK coil zippers), Paskal zippers have offset teeth that eliminate the tiny gap where water can seep through, making them a solid choice for wet conditions.
For some smaller bags, we use YKK AquaGuard zippers, which also offer great water resistance and have held up well in real-world use.
Yes, EcoPak fabric is 100% waterproof, making it an excellent choice for keeping your gear dry in all conditions. However, please note that while the fabric itself is waterproof, the sewn seams are not. We use water-resistant stitching and occasional tape-sealed seams to minimize water penetration, but no seam is fully waterproof.
Custom frame bags are very rare. I’m mostly stepping away from custom orders for now, so opportunities to get one are limited. The best way to know if a custom becomes available is to subscribe to the newsletter, where I’ll announce any rare openings and how to request one.
Custom orders aren’t officially accepted until I know I’ll have time to make them within the next month or two. If you have a specific deadline, you’re welcome to reach out early. I’ll do my best to accommodate, but I can’t guarantee anything until I’ve confirmed availability. I don’t take on rush jobs unless I know for sure I can meet the timeline.
Yes. There’s a range of customizations available directly on the product page. You can find more info about fabric and color choices on the Fabric Page, and details about available add-ons on the Options Page. In general, I only accept small, minor feature adjustments beyond what’s listed. Nothing too custom or experimental.
Prices vary based on size, materials, and features, but most frame bags fall in the range of $250 to $400.
I need a digital template photo of your bike’s frame (instructions provided), plus your desired bag features, colors, and any specific requests.
A good fit depends on a good template. I provide detailed instructions to help you make it accurately. If there’s an issue, reach out. I’ll work with you to troubleshoot it.
If you plan to use a water bladder, a full-frame bag with a divider is a great option.
Half-frame bags are ideal if you prefer to keep using regular water bottle cages.
They are typically 2 3/8″ to 2.5″ wide at the seams, expanding to a larger width when full.
A half-frame bag is an excellent choice for a gravel bike. We custom-size the bag around your water bottles to maximize storage capacity.
The zippered side pocket add-on provides a great spot to store your phone. If you’d prefer a custom stretch-mesh pocket on the bag, we can add that for an additional fee.
Probably only very simple requests like pockets and gusset stuff.

We can accept e-transfers in some cases, but it is usually more work on our end. Please ask us first. Send us a screenshot of your “cart” and we will send you a QuickBooks invoice. This option is available through Canadian banks
All our prices are listed and processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). For your convenience, there is a currency converter at the bottom to view prices in USD temporarily while shopping.
In Canada, if your revenue is $30,000 or less in a year, you’re considered a “small supplier” and do not need to register for or charge GST/HST. I still have to do taxes.

Lead time refers to the time between when you place your order and when it ships. It does not include shipping time.
We ship via Canada Post.
Most items are packaged in poly mailers, which may be blank or printed with information about being made from recycled materials. There may also be a cute sticker or two on the outside.
The return address will suggest what might be inside the package.
If you are ordering a surprise gift or need extra discretion, we can accommodate.

Shipping costs are accurately calculated by Canada Post based on product measurements and weights.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes around 5 to 10 business days within Canada and the US.

When shipping to the US, we accurately declare the item’s description, value, and country of origin.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking links.
If you prefer, we can request that Canada Post leave a card for pickup at your local post office. Otherwise, delivery is at the discretion of the delivery agent.

If a product breaks down due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange or repair it free of charge. Proof of purchase is required.
This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, negligence, accidents, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
If you’re not happy with something and it’s something I can fix or adapt, please feel free to ask. Designs change, adapt and improve over time.
