With a limited drop model, I create gear in small batches. Once something sells out, it stays gone until the next drop. This helps me keep quality high, stay hands-on with materials, and avoid stretching myself too thin. Thanks for being patient and supporting small craftsmanship.
When a new drop is ready, I let folks know by email, and then the items appear in the shop. Because drops are small, things often go fast. If there’s something you want, being ready when it goes live helps.
If you’d like first dibs, restock alerts, or the occasional code for custom bags, the newsletter is the way. Not everything makes it onto social media, so signing up really does give you an edge.
Every bag is designed, cut, and sewn in Montreal, Canada.
They’re not totally waterproof, but they’re built tough. Fully lined, high quality water resistant zippers, PU backed fabrics, and careful construction all help. If rain is in the forecast, though, it’s smart to throw in a little extra protection for electronics or valuables. A plastic bag or two works wonders.
Over time, Velcro or cords holding the bag might rub on the frame and wear the paint. If you want to keep your finish looking sharp, putting on paint protection tape (also called helicopter tape) before you mount the bag is a great idea.
When it’s time for a clean up, use a mild detergent and hang dry outdoors. White fabrics will naturally show dirt and develop a bit of patina. That’s part of the story of gear that’s been used and loved.
Custom bags are pretty rare right now. I don’t have many slots open for fully custom work. If you want to know when a custom becomes available, the newsletter is the best place to hear about it. I always post there first about openings.
Yes. Many customizations are available right on the product page. You’ll see different fabrics, colors, and add on options. Bigger or experimental features beyond what’s listed are rarely accepted. I want to make sure everything I ship is solid and reliable.
It depends on size, material, and features. Most custom frame bags are in the $250 to $400 range.
To get rolling, I’ll need a digital template or photo of your bike’s frame. Don’t worry, I provide instructions. I’ll also need to know which features, colors, and any special requests you have.
Fit is everything. I provide step by step instructions so your template is accurate. If something isn’t fitting right, just let me know and I’ll help you troubleshoot.
Full frame bags are great if you want to stash a water bladder or need more volume. Half frame bags work better if you still want easy access to bottle cages or prefer less bulk.
They’re usually about 2 3/8 to 2 1/2 inches wide at the seams, and they expand a bit more when filled.
Maybe. For small tweaks like adding a pocket or adjusting a gusset, I can often accommodate. Larger or experimental features are more limited.
You can pay through Stripe at checkout. Credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all accepted.
Yes, in some cases we can accept e transfer, although it takes a bit more coordination. If you’d like to do that, send over a screenshot of your cart and I’ll send you a QuickBooks invoice. This is available for Canadian bank accounts.
Sorry, I don’t accept cash. Payments need to go through the online checkout so everything stays secure and organized.
Because I am considered a small supplier in Canada (revenue under $30,000 per year), I am not required to charge GST or HST. If that changes, I will update things right away. If you have questions based on your location, feel free to ask.
Right now local pickup is not an option. Shipping is simply easier to manage and keeps things reliable. Thanks for understanding.
For custom items, I’ll ship once your product is finished according to the lead times listed. In stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. I’ll keep you posted if anything takes longer.
I ship with Canada Post. Orders usually come in poly mailers, some blank and some with recycled material branding. You might also see a fun sticker or two. If it’s a gift or you’d like discreet packaging, just let me know.
I currently ship to Canada and the US. At this time, I don’t ship outside of North America.
Rates are calculated by Canada Post based on the size and weight of your order. The shipping cost you see at checkout is accurate.
Depending on where you are, you might be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These are outside my control. For US customers, I declare the correct item description, value, and country of origin.
Once your order ships, I’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking links so you can follow it on its way to you.
All sales are final, so please double check your selection before buying. If something arrives wrong or you have an issue, reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Yes. If something fails because of a manufacturing defect, I’ll repair or exchange it at no cost. Proof of purchase is required. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or natural aging of colors and materials are not covered. If anything is bothering you, even if it’s small, feel free to reach out. I want you to be happy with your gear.
I get asked this a lot. I only repair Gurp bags. Unfortunately I can’t take on repairs for other brands or for bikes. If your Gurp bag needs a little love, reach out and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
